In 2016, Philip Schütz completed his Master's degree in Product Design with distinction at the FH Joanneum, University of Applied Science, Graz. The subject of his thesis was "Man in his Bizarre Environment" and considers the life of the people with regard to deceleration, mindfulness and well-being.
As a junior designer at Todd Bracher's studio in New York and Nacar Design in Barcelona, he has already worked with major companies such as Herman Miller, Hewlett-Packard, Teka & CH Briggs. Through the combination of unconventional thinking, inspiration from contemporary art & fashion and his artistic access to things, he convinces with his work.
Prior to his studies at FH Joanneum he completed a technical school at the HTBLA Krems. High technical understanding coupled with creative ideas and a sense of innovation are the hallmarks of Philip's work today.
